Our mission is to help our clients’ businesses to succeed, by providing them with high-quality professional services in any business area since 2001. A team of highly qualified colleagues is helping us in achieving this goal.

Our office undertakes Hungarian and Foreign companies’ accounting, payroll, auditing, and tax advising. We are preparing reports based on Hungarian and international standards, such as IFRS, US GAAP, both in Hungarian and in English. Furthermore, we provide consultation in business development, loan and investment fields. We are experienced in setting up EU applications, in creating business strategies and accounting standards, or even in establishing whole companies. 

Our aim is to add quality value in all areas of business services. We believe that our clients’ satisfaction proves that we are doing things right, and we are proud to lead by example.

Meet our team

Ernő Gulyás

Partner and Co-Founder

Founded MB Advisory Office together with his wife Krisztina, almost 23 years ago.

He is responsible for managing the company as Partner. In 1995 he obtained his diploma in agricultural economics. He is a CPA and Banking Expert (worked at Hungary’s biggest bank, OTP, and the Dutch ABN-AMRO), as well as a well-trained martial artist.

He has an excessive 29 years of business management experience.

Krisztina Gulyás

CEO and Co-Founder

Founded MB Advisory Office together with her husband, Ernő, in 2001.

Next to her managing responsibilities, she is helping our work as a CPA, Chartered Accountant, TAX Expert, IFRS US GAAP Expert, SAP Implementation Expert, SSC Expert.

Altogether, she has 29 years of Financial and Accounting experience, and she has worked in Manager positions at EY, PWC, Holcim, CRH, Musashi, and BD.

Dr. Zoltán Dobó

Legal Advisor and Project Manager

Acquired his Law and Political Sciences degree in Hungary, and his Master’s law degree (LL.M.) in Germany. 

He works as a legal advisor and project manager in Vienna since 2014, with a major in international management, business law, and further holistic project implementation.

He is experienced in strategy building and consultancy of SMEs.

Tímea Denke

Deferred tax expert

Tímea has 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. She is an expert of Deferred Tax and International Taxation. She was working in Manager positions at Ernst & Young and PWC for the past 20 years.

Gábor Kiss

IT Manager

Gábor has 20 years of experience in IT, with a specialization in banking programming languages. 

He is a confident project manager, system designer and programmer in the following languages: C++, C#, Java, PHP, and SQL.
